About Me
Every journey in counselling is unique, and I draw on my knowledge and experience, adapting to the individual needs of my clients. I bring warmth and sensitivity, patience, acceptance and compassion.
My own experience of counselling has been hugely enriching; it enabled me to develop self-awareness, gain insights and make changes which have enhanced my life. Therefore, I truly understand the potential of therapeutic work.
I believe that deep wisdom lies within us, enabling us to process our life experiences and heal.
