I can provide you with the opportunity to make sense of your feelings, thoughts and experiences, in a calm space, away from the pressures of your everyday life.

Child therapy to support a child to work through confusing and painful feelings in a safe environment.

Therapy for Children

You may be concerned that there has been a noticeable change in your child's mood, behaviour or both.

I seek to develop a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with a child.

This begins with communication of empathy and understanding, setting boundaries, and being alongside and engaging in playful activities as directed by the child.
